Ingredients
For the Mint Smoothie

cup
unsweetened coconut milk cream from a can
½
cup
unsweetened almond milk

tablespoon
coconut oil
½
teaspoon
pure mint extract
peppermint extract

Philosopie Cacao Magic Superfood Protein
(chocolate protein powder)

teaspoon
chia seeds

drops
liquid stevia
(can use other powdered sweeteners if preffered)
For the Chocolate Rimmed Glass (optional)

low carb mini chocolate chips

heavy cream
Instructions
For the Mint Smoothie
Place coconut milk in the fridge 2 hours before making this recipe
Remove coconut milk from fridge, coconut cream will have formed at the top of the can
Use a spoon to scoop out the cream and place into blender
Add remaining smoothie ingredients in a blender
Blend for about 30-60 seconds
Once blended pour into glass.
If using chocolate rim, rim the glass before pouring in the smoothie.
For the Chocolate Rimmed Glass
Over a double boiler melt the chocolate
Add Heavy Cream and stir until well combined
Pour mixture into a narrow/deep bowl or dish that will allow your glass to fit
Dip your glass into the chocolate filled bowl to rim the glass
