  • In a blender, combine the coconut milk, almond milk, shredded coconut, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
    1 can full-fat coconut milk, ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1-2 tablespoon low carb sweetener
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes to the blender and blend until the shake is thick and frothy.

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy! Optional: top with whipped coconut cream and garnish with toasted shredded coconut.
  • Note: You can adjust the sweetness of the shake to your liking by adding more or less sweetener. Additionally, you can add other flavorings, such as cocoa powder or cinnamon, to change things up.
