Easy Cheeseburger Roll Ups (Air Fryer or Oven)

- 1 lavash bread
- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 medium pickle cut into slices
- 3 slices american cheese cheese slices or you can also use shredded cheese
- ¼ cup bacon crumble
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- cooking spray or olive oil
Preheat the oven to 425°F
Place the lavash bread on a cutting board and spread out the ground beef over it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then top with the remaining ingredients. (See video below)
1 lavash bread, 1.5 lbs lean ground beef, 1 medium pickle, 3 slices american cheese, ¼ cup bacon crumble, ⅛ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Roll up the cheeseburger and then cut into ½" slices
Place each slice into a greased muffin tin and then spray the tops of each roll up with olive oil. Bake at 425°F See above for air fryer method.
- Don't over-stuff the roll ups with too many ingredients, as this can cause them to fall apart or not cook evenly.
- Let the roll ups cool for a few minutes before removing them, as this will allow the cheese to set and prevent the ingredients from spilling out.
