  • Mix the almond milk, protein powder, vanilla, sweetener and cream cheese in the blender on high for 30 seconds.
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2.5 tablespoon low carb vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ tablespoon low carb sweetener, 1 oz cream cheese
  • Pour into the ninja pint and store in the freezer for 24 hours.
  • Afer 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer, place in the ninja creami outer bowl, place the lid in place and lock it into the machine. Use the "smoothie bowl" button for best results.
  • Remove from the machine and create a 1-2 inch well down the center of the ice cream, fill the hole with the cookies and spin once again using the "mix-in" button. Serve and enjoy.
