Instructions

  • Combine the coffee bite ingredients together in a medium sized bowl then use your hands to roll them into 10 balls. Place on a plate and set aside.
    1 cup almond flour, 1 scoop low carb vanilla protein powder, ¼ cup lakanto maple flavored syrup, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Whisk together the powdered sweetener with the coffee in a small bowl.
    ¾ cup low carb sweetener, ¼ cup coffee
  • Dip the rolled bites into the coffee glaze then transfer back to the plate. Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour and enjoy. (See video)
