  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F
  • In a large bowl toss the chicken thighs with the olive oil.
    4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • add the remaining ingredients and mix well so that the spices are well distrubuted.
    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ⅛ teaspoon oregano, ¼ teaspoon chili powder, ⅛ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature is 165°F
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon. (See video)
