Ingredients

  • 3 slices mortadella sliced ¼" thick
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil optional if using light mortadella

Instructions

  • Slice mortadella into strips
  • Pan fry in a medium skillet over medium heat until crispy.

Top tip: if using light mortadella you may want to add some olive oil to the skillet before frying.
