Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 oz cream cheese in chunks
  • ¾ cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon gluten free worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup bacon crumble optional
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds alternatively use cheese crisps like Whisps or Parm Crisps

Instructions

  • Cook green beans to desired doneness and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, sauté onions and garlic in medium-low heat with the olive oil and salt until soft. Add cream cheese, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and shredded cheddar. Stir until creamy.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked green beans, bacon crumbles, and the cheesy onion sauce mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a buttered casserole dish.
  • Top with crushed pork rinds and drizzle with olive oil.
