- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup diced jalapenos
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
In a medium bowl combine all the cheese, diced jalapenos, bacon with salt and pepper using a fork until incorporated.
form burger patties to about ¼ thick rounds and place 2 tablespoon of the jalapeno mixture on top of one patty and then place another patty on top and pinch down the sides to seal.
Sprinkle with chili powder and grill to your preferred doneness. Burgers are thick so roughly 5 minutes per side at 400°F
