Low Carb Jalapeno Burgers

Burgers stuffed with a blend of cheese, diced jalapenos and bacon. Delicious and oh so good.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup diced jalapenos
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine all the cheese, diced jalapenos, bacon with salt and pepper using a fork until incorporated.
  • form burger patties to about ¼ thick rounds and place 2 tablespoon of the jalapeno mixture on top of one patty and then place another patty on top and pinch down the sides to seal.
  • Sprinkle with chili powder and grill to your preferred doneness. Burgers are thick so roughly 5 minutes per side at 400°F
