Low Carb Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are super simple to make with only 4 ingredients.  Creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips make up these scrumptious sugar free cookies.

Preheat oven to 375°F  In a large bowl add the brown sugar swerve, peanut butter and 1 egg. Using a hand or stand mixer, mix until ingredients are well incorporated.

Next add the chocolate chips and mix with a wooden spoon until the chips are evenly combined with the dough.

Using your hands shape the cookies into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Using a fork press the dough creating a criss cross pattern.

Sprinkle tops of each cookie with some sea salt. (this is optional but it enhances the flavours)
