Preheat oven at 350°F. Using a mixer, combine the almond flour, granular erythritol and melted butter on medium speed for about 45 seconds. Transfer the crust mixture to an 8" x 8" parchment lined baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Mix together the softened cream cheese with the powdered erythritol, vanilla and egg. Mix for one minute on medium high speed, Mix in the frozen blueberries.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan and then remove by holding the sides of the parchment paper and lifting gently out of the pan. Cut into squares or bars and enjoy.
