- Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips with the butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip cooled cookies halfway into the melted chocolate and place them on a wire rack. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt, if desired.½ cup sugar free chocolate chips, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
